The room was large and neat with a large bath. The location was good and absolutely perfect for walking around Chapel of the Bells. The hotel was set in a great area.

They gave us well-maintained and brand-new triple room with a decent detached bathroom. We appreciated an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk. It offered us quiet central location near to the centre of town, a beautiful area along the coast, and shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour.

We loved this hotel and will be back. The property was nice with affable staff. The rooms were neat and huge, had smoke detectors for safety. The bed was very clean and the bathroom was comfortable.

The hotel was in a quiet central and handy location short walk to both the harbour front, the train station and a beautiful area. Also, Preston Docks was 3 km away.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is very friendly and exceptionally friendly. The room is beautifully maintained and neat, comes with netflix and smart TV, for example. They have a great selection of meals to choose from, the food is savoury...

booked it for 3 days and had a very good experience. the room we had was brand-new with wifi & netflix and the stuff was very amiable. the location was quiet central and convenient and the room was clean. furthermore, the area was beautiful.

The location of the property was marvellous as we were next to the beach and town, a beautiful area along the coast, and both the harbour front and High Street. Got triple room with wifi & netflix when arrived, appreciated that.

The location was great, short walk to both the sea front and the town centre, a beautiful area along the coast and harbour. Overall it was extremely spacious and bright in my cupboard.

Exceptionally nice location - close enough to a beautiful area along the coast, the the harbour & town and the railway station. Plus, walking distance to London Transport Museum. Great-sized and huge rooms with wifi & netflix available.

The room was both bright and big with wifi & netflix, we appreciated it. The location of the hotel was particularly good, in a great area close to everything. A cool bonus was nearby Banana Leaf Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

The room was well-maintained, tidy and had a coffee/tea maker, a multi-channel television, and a writing table. The hotel's position was convenient, next to a beautiful area along the coast and the centre of town.

Unbeatable location down to the beach, and 15 minute walk from Signal Tower Museum. Big size & brand-new room with a double bed.

Every staff member was helpful and excellent. The hotel was in a central location right next to the sea. Besides, we were so close to the local attractions, restaurants, and Arbroath.
